Woohoo! November has rolled around. There's lots of big things happening for me in November this year and I couldn't be more excited. Plus the last two months of the year have always been my favorite. I love me some hot weather, but I think I love the anticipation, love and gratitude that goes with the holidays even more... so I can overlook that it's cold outside.
Unfortunately November and December always seem to fly by. Where do I apply the breaks!
I'm hosting Thanksgiving for the first time. You may be wondering how I managed to get this far in life without having people at my house on Thanksgiving. There's an easy explanation... I grew up in Australia! But I love a holiday and I can always get behind spending time with loved ones so I'm fully on board with Thanksgiving.
I've started searching Pinterest for menu inspiration. Since I don't have family traditions around Thanksgiving I can cook anything I like. If you've got a favorite recipe please share it in the comments, all ideas are welcome and appreciated.
Setting the table is something I look forward to and I'll be working on some craft projects over the next few weeks. So far I've come up with a fall themed place card that I adapted from Anna's Artisan Botanical wedding collection.
I want to share the love so the place card is yours to download for free! It's a PDF file, you'll just download and print then hand write in your guest's names. Hopefully your writing is a little neater than mine. I really think if you look at my writing you'd think I was a 10 year old girl. My writing never matured.
Would you like to see more Thanksgiving printables over the next couple of weeks, or would you prefer we go back to wedding tutorials? Let me know in the comments.
