The files are organized by design. So the files contains the invitation template, one file for each color. The sidebar to the left is a good reference for finding the two-letter code for each design in the collection.

The Iron & Lace Collection collection comes in 4 colors. The file name indicates the color. For example, file name 1708A-AA.doc, the letter 'A' following 1708 is the color indicator. The index below will help you find your color quickly simply by looking at the file name.

Step 3: Install the Fonts First, Then Open the Templates

Close Microsoft Word and all Office Programs, then install the fonts

On Any Windows PC:
Place the font files (.ttf, .otf or .fon) into the Fonts folder, usually C:\Windows\Fonts or C:\WINNT\Fonts (can be reached as well by the Start Menu > Control Panel > Appearance and Themes > Fonts).

On Apple Mac:
Under Mac OS X 10.3 or above (including the FontBook)
Double-click the font file > "Install font" button at the bottom of the preview.

Under any version of Mac OS X: Put the files into /Library/Fonts (for all users), or into /Users/Your_username/Library/Fonts (for you only).

Now you can open the Wedding Templates in Microsoft Word (Mac/Pc) or Mac Pages (desktop version only)and start typing in your details.

What parts of the template can I personalize?

Due to the complex typography of this collection and the limitations of Microsoft Word some text in the template can not be edited unless we do it for you. This page explains which parts of the design can and can not be edited in the template.
