Problems Saving (.PXD) Files
A couple of things can be causing the online editor to not save your (.PXD) file. Please make sure that:
1) Use the latest edition of the Firefox browser. Internet explorer and Safari block the online editor from saving files to your computer.
2) Add http://www.pixlr.com to your list of trusted sites. Your anti-virus and browser security settings can be blocking the file from be saved.
3) If your employer has a firewall or does not allow files to be saved from the internet, then it can be block the online editor from saving the files.
Problems Printing
If the templates are printing small or only filling half the page, adjust your print settings to:
Orientation = Landscape
Page Scaling = 100%
These settings are usually on the same window where you set the number of copies to be printed.
