Invitation Templates: Art Deco Scroll

download invitation templates

I can’t help but be attracted to vintage patterns and motifs. This design was inspired by a scrap of vintage wallpaper I discovered at a thrift store. It’s a fun mix of modern and vintage that I really like, and hope you do too. This is a 5×7 invitation with a landscape (sideways) orientation. A direct response to you’all who send in comments and suggestions. I will be doing more landscape invitations in the future. The fonts used in this template are Garamond  and Regency Script.

How to Make This Printable Wedding Invitation

1. Download & Open the template in MS Word
2. Type in your event details
3. Print at home on standard 8.5 x 11 paper
4. Trim along dotted lines to final 7×5  invitation size

The template yields two 7×5 invitations. After you print simply cut along the trim lines to finish. Use a paper cutter for perfectly strait edges. I recommend printing on Classic Crest 80# Cardstock in white. This invitation will fit a standard A7 envelope.

Are you going to be making any invites that have a deep red color? Like flowers or swirls? I love all your invites but they dont match my colors, I wish I could change the colors and use a lot of them lol! They are so nice!

I LOVE THIS DESIGN! I thought I was going to go with the Pink and Gray Flourish, but this is amazing. Any chance you will have the RSVP and an envelope liner by the end of summer? I would also love some variation of this for a Save the Date Card. My wedding is not until March 12, 2011 and I would love to use this design.

I cannot thank you enough for all the options you give DIY Brides like me!

I finally found my invitation for our Gatsy-inspired wedding. Do you have this invite in black too as we’d like to print it on pink paper. Happy wedditing!

I love this! Is there anyway you would be willing to set up a template using a eggplant purple, plum color. An rsvp postcard of this would be great too :)
