Snippet & Iink Daily Wedding Blog is a great place to loose a few hours if you love wedding stuff! They update their blog regularly and always have great photos of real weddings. They recently added a new color pallet green, slate grey and cream. I designed a coordinating wedding invitation template with a modern lattice design. Use this template to make your own wedding invitations at home with Microsoft Word.
How to Make This Wedding Invitation
You can make and print the invitation shown above at home with the template file at the bottom of this post. It’s really easy!
1. Download & Open the template in MS Word
2. Type in your event details
3. Print at home on standard 8.5 x 11 paper
The template yields two 5×7 invitations. After you print simply cut along the trim lines to finish. For a professional look, use a paper cutter to cut out the invitations. This will make clean, perfectly strait edges to the finished invitation.
Make it Fabulous Tips!
Tip #1: Print the invitation on an ivory or cream or ivory card stock. My favorite is Classic Crest Natural White #80 Cover stock, almost home printers can handle it without jamming.
Tip #2: Pair with Classic Crest Antique Grey A7 envelopes. This envelope has a high-end feel to it, and will make your invitation look professional and not homemade.
