For our friends Down Under Australia Day is fast approaching which means it's time to throw a barbie Aussie style! Snags, pavlova, passionfruit, tomato sauce, eskies, beer, and perhaps the biggest backyard cricket match of the year. For me, my favourite part of the day was listening to the Hottest 100 countdown on Triple J (which I still stream even after 11 years as an expat).
In honour of this most Aussie-est of days, I've taken our Flip Flop Fun summer invitation and turned it into an Australia day invite. And I'm giving it to you for free! There's an Aussie flag theme and a green and gold theme, so take your pick.
Cheers! I'll be starting the day with Vegemite on toast, then curling up by the fire to catch up on some Aussie open. It's my North American Australia Day tradition. Would prefer to be at the beach. Sigh.
