What a week. Thanksgiving is done and dusted for another year. Phew! But who can believe it?? I've survived another Black Friday using my ever so clever technique called 'avoid the stores'. I didn't spend a fortune on Cyber Monday, and it's just Giving Tuesday to go. If you are able please support your favorite charity with a donation. They'll sure appreciate it.

So lets move on to Christmas. Who's ready for tinsel, baubles, eggnog and mistletoe? To be honest I've been in full Christmas mode since the beginning of November. I bought a new tree in the after Christmas sales last year and I couldn't wait to get it up and check it out, so it was up and decorated by mid-November. I broke my own rule of no decorations before Thanksgiving, but as I've been happily admiring my tree for the last few weeks I guess the rule was meant to be broken. This weekend I dialed in my car stereo to blast Christmas tunes non-stop, the temperature has dropped, I've wrapped my first present, and needless to say I'm feeling pretty festive.

It might be time for a party! I've made a few modifications to our Lace Flowers wedding invitation, and I think it's turned out quite Christmas appropriate. Who am I kidding... it's got red, and green, and snowflakes. Totally Christmas! In keeping with Anna's gorgeous wedding designs this invitation is elegant and ready for your Christmas cocktail hour. If you are hosting an ugly sweater party I'd probably find another invitation. But if your party is more canapes than kool-aid this invitation is for you. And it's yours for free. Click the button below to download the free invitation. Open the file in MS Word, add your text, and print at home. It couldn't be easier. The fonts uses are Channel and Tw Cen MT. What are you doing to get in the Christmas spirit this week?
